Can vertical rails be retrofitted to existing walls?
Yes. Rails include mounts and a transformer. If power can be routed to mounting points, they can be installed on existing tiled walls. Transformer typically placed behind a switch plate or in the ceiling.
Do 12V rails get as warm as 240V rails?
Yes. Heating depends on wattage, not voltage. A 12V 30W rail delivers the same performance as a 240V 30W rail.
What temperature does the rail reach?
Around 35°C without a towel, and 50–55°C beneath a towel for efficient drying.
Do I need a separate transformer for each rail?
